The health and safety of our patients is our top priority. We value the support family and friends give to our patients and appreciate your partnership in ensuring we work to keep everyone safe while reducing the spread of Covid-19. We Thank you for your understanding.
We’re following CDC guidelines for hygiene, infection control and social distancing to ensure you get the care you need, in the safest environment possible. All of our facilities utilize infection control practices to keep all patients, visitors and staff safe.

To get tested for COVID-19, please visit an IDPH testing site or contact your NCH provider.
SCREENING
All patients and visitors should self-screen for symptoms. Please call our office if you have any of these symptoms or have had an exposure or positive test within the past 10 days to review if rescheduling of your appointment is necessary.
- Chills or fever (+100.4) within the last 24-48 hours
- Cough or shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle, body aches or headaches
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion of runny nose
- Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
All patients and visitors must wear a mask covering their nose and mouth for the appointment, regardless of Covid vaccination status at our Kildeer office, Buffalo Grove office and at the NCH Clinical Laboratories.
Masking requirement is optional only at our Schaumburg and Arlington Heights offices until further notice.
